Phelan Fit personal training sessions are the ultimate way to achieve your fitness goals. Personal training sessions take place in a fully equipped gym in Lucan, Co. Dublin. During each session you will have exclusive sole access to the gym, so you won’t have any unwanted spectators.
Personal training is available on a one to one basis or in small groups for those of you who would prefer to train with a few friends/team mates. Because training and nutrition is not ‘one size fits all’ Phelan Fit personal training is the best way to reach your fitness goals as we start with a blank canvas that can be tailored to and built around your needs.
